Following is a partial list of deer tolerant bulbs and tubers
Remember, not all plants are universally tolerant, variations in susceptibility are to be expected.

It is wise to test the susceptibility of a plant prior to installation. Leave the plant in the garden for a couple of weeks and see if "your" deer have acquired a taste for this plant.

Keep in mind too...
In a drought nothing is sacred and deer prefer young tender shoots over hard woody stems.

To round out your garden, there are many annuals, ground covers, perennials, shrubs, trees, and vines that can survive successfully in deer country.
